A benign advice for Sahanawaz Dhani by Shahid Afridi

“He hasn’t improved his game since last year. His economy (this year) has been 9.75 as compared to Naseem Shah. These Young players have or will lead Pakistan in the future. He’s overdoing it a bit with all the celebrations. I spoke to Mushi Bhai (Mushtaq Ahmed) as well, asking him to make sure Dahani’s focus remains on cricket.” 

“A player looks good with such celebrations when he backs it up with his performance. First, focus on achieving and fulfilling your dreams, and later on, all these celebrations will look good. Our youngsters start making TikToks and end up wasting the talent they possess. I’m not very happy with Dahani. He hasn’t lived up to my expectations so far. But In Sha Allah, he will improve and perform better than he has.”
