KARACHI: Pakistan women cricket team easily defeated Sri Lanka women’s team by 6 wickets in the first T20 cricket match played at South End Club Cricket Stadium Karachi.
After winning the toss Sri Lanka scored 106 runs for 8 wickets in 20 overs. For Pakistan, Inam Amin and debutant Tuba Hassan took 3,3 wickets, while Aiman Anwar taken 2 wickets.

Gul Feroza, who made her T20 debut for Pakistan, could not prove her selection right and lost her wicket without scoring in the over.

For Pakistan Muneeba Ali and Iram Javed scored 18, 18, captain Bismah Maroof 28 and Nida Dar cored 36 runs and Pakistan completed the target with 10 balls in hand.
Second T20 to be played on 26 May at same venue and time.
