SYDNEY: Kangaroos bound for glory, secures spot in ACL U19 2024 grand final with triumph over Kiwi Warriors.
In a sensational display of talent and teamwork, the Kangaroos have punched their ticket to the Grand Final of the Aussie Cricket League U19 2024, after a resounding victory over the Kiwi Warriors by 22 runs.
Opting to bat first after winning the toss, the Kangaroos set a challenging target of 139 runs for the Warriors. Savar Deeplaul’s solid knock of 40 runs off 32 balls, supported by Jake Collingwood’s 23 off 21 balls, laid the foundation for their team’s innings.
Despite a spirited effort from the Kiwi bowlers, with Garry Bhour claiming 3 wickets and Riley Bracwell taking 2, the Kangaroos managed to put up a defendable total.
In reply, the Kiwi Warriors faltered early on, with their top order collapsing under pressure. Despite a valiant attempt by the middle order to rebuild the innings but they were 116 runs short, the Kangaroos’ bowlers proved too strong, ultimately securing a convincing victory.

With their spot in the Grand Final confirmed, the Kangaroos now await the winner of the second semi-final clash between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
The stage is set for an epic showdown, as the best young talents in the league vie for ultimate glory on the cricketing stage. Stay tuned for more thrilling action from the ACL U19 2024!
